1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that because we work with global suppliers via AutoDS to bring you the best prices, processing times may occasionally vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

We ship to customers across the United Kingdom and internationally. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the location of our fulfillment partners:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, factors such as customs delays, postal service interruptions, or remote locations may extend delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer competitive flat-rate shipping or Free Shipping on orders over a certain value (as specified at checkout).
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You can track your order directly on our website via our [Track Your Order] page (if applicable) or through the carrier's website provided in the email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Low Vision Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you are ordering within the UK, most items will not incur additional charges, but international customers should check their local regulations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Low Vision Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with our fulfillment partners at AutoDS to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

8. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost to you.
